CLARA OTOME TOBARA
Pat and Ron,
We were so sad to learn of the passing of your mother, Clara Otome Tobara. We have known her for over 35 years. Your parents were one of the first we got to know while building our home.
After moving in, she helped me to landscape the yard. She gave us several rose plants that she had started from what she had in her front yard. One plant that I remember well was a purple/lavender rose.
Through the years, she brought over the night blooming cereus flower. As I got older, I found the perfume of the flower too strong and had to refuse her kind gesture.
For many years, she and I waved and yelled across to each other as we cleaned our slopes. Of all our neighbors, she was the most welcoming.
With sympathy, Claire and Ron Ajimine

Ron and Pat,
May all of you find peace and comfort with your fondest memories of your dearest Mom and friend...
Remembering her sweet smile, sparkling eyes and gentle laughter as I will, too.
So grieve in this time of sorrow without regrets for all of you have made her life joyful and blessed, truly and forever!
Always, Patrick Chang
Pat and Ron,
I'm very sorry to learn of your mother's passing. At 99 years, she had a long, interesting and adventurous life living through years in history we can only read about!
You two sons took good care of her - take care of yourselves now and enjoy the "golden years"!
Sincerely, Helen Wong
Pat and Ron,
We are very sorry to learn that Clara has died. She was always a joy to be with and a really great cook. Please know that we share your sorrow. Clara was very proud of her sons. We hope you can find some comfort in knowing she is at peace.
